Hasselblad is seeking a talented Business Process Excellence professional to develop, implement and improve business processes across our organisation.
This is a newly created position, where you will have a unique opportunity to leave your own imprint on development of the role, whilst leading complex organisational projects, which will have direct influence on effectiveness and competitiveness of world’s most renowned hi-end camera manufacturer. Responsibilities
As the Business Process Excellence Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing a culture of process excellence combining innovation, leadership, project planning, research and consulting. You will report to the company’s CEO and CFO and engage with a multitude of stakeholders and process owners advising on process improvement and driving change. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark but will require occasional travelling.
Your main tasks will include:
• Evolve process excellence goals to align with business strategy.
• On an ongoing basis analyze effectiveness at various levels throughout organisation and recommend solutions based on best practices.
• Interact with local and global management, project teams and other stakeholders and in cooperation with them perform organisation reviews.
• Develop principles, guidelines and practices to improve organisational effectiveness and performance in the marketplace.
• Prepare reports for the senior management that can provide basis for strategic decision making.
Qualifications
• Technical educational background and MBA from a premium business school, complimented by work experience in an international context.
• Significant experience with business process consulting, process improvement and process excellence from technology organisations and from major management consulting firm.
• Experience in application of Lean, Six Sigma or EFQM.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
