Our UK Customer Care and Support Team are ready to help with your workflow by ensuring that the technical aspects of your photography are made as simple and trouble free as possible whilst affording you the freedom to do what you know best - creating great images.
Amongst the bespoke services available to UK registered owners are the following:
- Personal, one to one, contact with a member of our Customer Care and Support Team - your Hasselbuddy
- Technical advice and support
- Emergency technical support phone line 12/7 (8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday inclusive)
- Service and repair support
- Factory extended warranties beyond the first year
- Enhanced warranties (including many benefits to your continued workflow during down time) - both national and international cover available
- Greatly reduced hire charges for replacement equipment during down time
- Training programmes (both hardware and software) available beyond the initial installation training
- Support of Firmware and Software updates and notifications, including our special SMS Alert for all new Firmware and Software releases
- Technical Support Procedure documentation (in easy to follow English) available as PDF's
